Our Mission

The Academies of Math and Science (AMS) are expanding into Mesa, Arizona with a major new development. In Fall 2026, AMS will officially welcome Mesa Arts Academy into its network as part of a transformative partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley (BGCAZ).

New Campus: A state-of-the-art, two-story school building is being constructed at the BGCAZ Grant Woods Campus.

Full-Day Model: AMS and BGCAZ will offer a seamless full-day program from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including meals and after-school care.

Capacity: The new school will serve 600+ students, blending AMS’s rigorous academics with Mesa Arts Academy’s legacy in the arts and community engagement.

Enrollment Timeline:

November 3, 2025 - New Student Enrollment Applications Begins
January 30, 2026 - Enrollment Lottery and Offers Begins
February 2, 2026 - Registration for Kindergarten Begins
February 23, 2026 - General Registration Begins

AMS is known for its high-performing charter schools across Arizona, and this Mesa expansion is designed to offer families a dynamic blend of education, arts, and whole-child support.
